| My philosophy : No matter how you cut the cake, the areas I practice are very difficult for those involved. No matter what I do I can't make this enjoyable for you. What I do is try to get you through it with as little agony and expense as possible. I try to avoid "legalese" as much as possible. If you want to hear words you can't understand, I am generally not the guy. I am also not here to tell you what you want to hear. I will give you my honest assessment of your case whether you like it or not. If you want straight, no-bull lawyering, give me a call. |

| LIMITED REPRESENTATION Under appropriate circumstances, I offer Limited Representation, which is also sometimes referred to as “unbundled legal services”. Under this procedure, which is permitted pursuant to Rule 11(b) of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure, the attorney does not represent you in court or file papers on your behalf. But the attorney may counsel you as to appropriate methods and as to the legal principles involved, and may assist you in drafting papers. This approach is intended to reduce costs for those who are willing to proceed with a lower level of assistance. If you’re interested, feel free to talk to me about it |
