Since 1983, I have run my own small law office in metro Denver.
Prior to that I worked for civil practice law firms in the Denver
area, and as a prosecutor for Richard Gerstein and Janet Reno
in Miami.

My office is located on Arapahoe Road close to Centennial Airport.
My approach is to maintain a smaller office so that I can provide
prompt, personal service to all clients. I promote use of mediation,
arbitration, and other forms of alternate dispute resolution to
control and minimize conflict and expense.

Education:  University of Miami, B.A. 1969, J.D. 1974

Courts:  Admitted to practice before all Colorado Courts, the
U.S. District Court for Colorado, the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of
Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Claims.



Locale: All metro area counties including Denver, Arapahoe,
Adams, Jefferson, Douglas, and Ebert

Under appropriate circumstances, I offer  
Limited Representation, which is also
sometimes referred to as “unbundled legal
services”.  Under this procedure, which is
permitted pursuant to Rule 11(b) of the
Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure, the
attorney does not represent you in court or
file papers on your behalf.  But the attorney
may counsel you as to appropriate methods
and as to the legal principles involved, and
may assist you in drafting papers.  This
approach is intended to reduce costs for
those who are willing to proceed with a
